 Chef Kurtzweil, "Arne" brings over 30 years of culinary experience and worldwide reputation to the Clubhouse Restaurant. Chef "Arne" has traveled all over the country and world providing top restaurants and sporting venues with his culinary expertise. Chef "Arne" started his culinary career as an apprenticeship in 1959 in Copenhagen, Denmark and since has traveled all over the country and world providing his expertise. Besides working at many well known restaurants and luxury hotels, Chef "Arne" has also worked many top sporting venues as an Executive Chef, some include the US Open Tennis Championships, PGA Golf Championships and the Grand Am Racing Circuit.
